Where is your company based?

Our Company is based out of the state of Georgia, our mailing address is P.O Box 652, Jonesboro GA. 30237

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we have expanded our shipping territories and now deliver to some international countries! Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international shipping. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. SUBLIMATION DEALER is not responsible for these duties and/or fees. If these charges are billed to us, we reserve the right to charge your credit card/ payment account on file without notice.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After a processing time of approximately 19 business days, domestic orders will arrive within 3-7 business days. Please refer to the shipping and return policies page for more information.  

Do you offer delivery/pickup in the Atlanta/Georgia area?

No, we do not. Our headquarters is not currently open to the public. All orders will be processed and shipped promptly. 

What payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa Debit and in addition we also accept PayPal to ensure your shopping process is easy.

STORE POLICY

1. All Sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

2. We accept some responsibility for items that may have been damaged during transit, but we DO NOT accept liability for items beings damaged by USPS delivery teams. We will not replace damaged items. The machines have a 1 year limited factory warranty which may or may not handle certain issues.

4. Please provide the correct shipping address, If the package is returned to us because it was not able to be deliverable, you will have to pay another shipping fee.

5. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

All emails and Direct Messages will be responded to within 24-48 hrs. or the order in which they were received.

6. We are NOT responsible for LOST or stolen packages or delays by UPS or USPS caused by weather conditions etc.

7. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds. 

8. We understand that mistakes do happen , however please try and ensure you are ordering the correct products. Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed
